This phase consists of meeting the client, recognizing the project, locating it and learning more about its location, its environment and the likes and dislikes of the client.
In this phase, a research is carried out on the project, similar examples and field studies will be carried out as well as a presentation explaining the initial proposal with basic conceptual sketches.
The development phase consists of presenting solid and defined materials such as plans, renderings, material selection and mood board, to obtain clear feedback from the customer and move on to the finishing phase.
After receiving the final comments from the client, it is time to provide the final working drawings and renderings to obtain the permit and for the contractor to start the work.
Deliver the entire project and organize all necessary meetings with contractors, suppliers and relevant parties.
